Power falloff with altitude
Power falloff/increase with vertical (normal) speed
Power increase near ground
Design-time customization:
_maxThrust (newtons)
A lot of additional adjustments:
_flowSpeed - air speed throu blades in m/s (0 power on that speed)
_angleStab [0..1] - angle change sensetivity
_angvelStab [0..1] - angular velocity compensation sensetivity
_halfPowerAltitude - power falloff 1/2 on that altitude
_groundEffect [0..1] power increase near ground multiplier
