This is one of my non-sensical scenes that looks rather interesting as you watch it, but it has no functional value. A laser rotates in "RADAR" fashion as it changes the color and angle of sticks that are laid out in a ring around the rotating laser. You can change the rotational speed of the laser and watch how it affects the color and angle of the sticks. Maybe it can help you go to sleep if you have trouble sleeping!
