On my PC it looks like a draw; they either both get stuck on the gold box or they both fall off. At any rate, I upgraded my original Contest Ender Ender scene to handle your bot. Looks like you better get back to work.

I looked back at the rules and I'm not sure if negative attraction qualifies as "any other stuff" haha.

Yes, this beats my new bot. As far as "any other stuff", that is something that only Algobot5000 knows, and I think we should just disregard. So I accept defeat, for now...

Updated, now I defeated your bot with a projectile

I disagree. You should move my bot straight down so that the wheels touch the surface of the gold block. In that case it is a draw since the projectile is deflected without knocking my bot off. However, my (3,289 kg) bot is then unable to push your (1,789,673 kg) bot off the side. Try again.

I stand defeated, for now...

I updated again, this time my bot defeats your bot when starting on the ground, I just needed a heavier projectile

This is what happens when the original "contest" has no clearly defined rules or objective

I just modified the bot in my original scene to be just a little harder for you to defeat. You may as well just give up now rather than waste your time trying to defeat it.
