Just a little demo of the engine I made for an upcoming scene ;D
I had to find a way to make a spring engine that is very smooth and doesn't spin in the air. This is what I came up with. It's also stall resistant.

This thing is capable of reaching well over 50 m/s (100mph) without any gearing even with a 500 kg load. There's probably better out there, but I thought it was pretty good. Best I've ever made

Spring-engine power is virtually unlimited, that;s why it's not so interesting as collision-engines.
Would it be possible for me to make a vehicle skin or something like that, and you make an engine to replicate realistic acceleration/top speed? I have trouble making proper engines, I don't even know how.

Or at least can I use this in one of my cars?
sure Ill try to make you an engine, and if you dont like it you can just use this one. just tell me the details. :yum:
in my opinion collision engins provide more torque, and are easier to make... ill upload a scene that backs my point
That would be great, because
I really have no idea how they work.
For the engine I'm requesting, I'm planning on building a 1966 Chevy Nova. The engine specs I read on the internet are as follows: 0-60 MPH = 5.8 seconds, 0-100 MPH = 12.8 seconds, and it does a 1/4th mile in 14 seconds. The top speed is around 115 MPH.

This seems like a tad hefty request, so if you do it, thanks!
I'll see what I can do!
