This is an idea for a motor I thought of that is somewhat based off of the way sterling engines work. Cyclic compression and expansion of a set amount of gas/fluid. It's not exactly like a stirling engine because there is no power being applied on the stroke from BDC to TDC, but it's cool anyway. I was thinking that a better way for this engine to work is to change the setting for incompressible fluids on and off on collide, but I couldn't find any sort of script for that. Does anyone know of a script like this that would change a sim setting on collide? I obviously know of sim.frequency but I need to change the setting for incompressible fluids.
