This is just a silly demonstration of how you can simulate 3D motion with math. By messing with the X and Y possition of a circle, you can make it simulate a lissajous orbit with SIN and COS functions. And you can also mess with the radius (size) of the circle to simulate near and far visual perception (small = far, big = near). I even stuck some math in the texture matrix so that the image of flying saucers change shape as the circle orbits the sun and the moon. FUN STUFF! :*)
