Moving spot is moved only by thrusters. Scene uses velocity feedback to control thrusters. Circle with tracer can be moved to a new position and scene will still work.

Rev B: Adjust x and y frequency with arrow keys. Added position feedback control. Position (kPos) and velocity (kVel) feedback constants are now adjustable.
