Now nicer and more flashy, and with shockwave.
Everything contained within one circle with script, so it can be easily spawned.
No collision group used for effect, shochwave uses collision A killers.

There's only one downside - due to phun memory leak, using really huge amouts of explosions slows down phun until program is restarted.
