In this scene only have 2 texture, so it should be able to run at 40-50fps, if you still feel lag, press erase all water would help a lot.
the tank has real scale and weight
I know that it better that I remove the turret
Use arrow keys to move, w and s to aim turret, and press enter to fire the rubbish turret.
