Stops spin of rotating mass. Just start scene. Motor turns flywheel for 5 seconds. Then motor is then turned off and the flywheel coasts. Two seconds later the centrifugal weights are released and swing away from the flywheel. The weights are automatically detached when they are perpendicular (radial) to the flywheel. The action of releasing the weights stops the flywheel. Motor turns back on after 17 seconds when variables are reset.
The flywheel runs at 100 RPM, but the despinner should work at any speed less than 150 RPM. Try starting out with the flywheel at 15 RPM if you want to see what is actually happening.
