This scene was originally going to have flexible tubes, to try out the capacities of the new direct solver, but since they are so unstable yet, I failed many times. Im still trying to release a new version with flexible tubes later, just not now.


At 1000 Hz and with exactly 2300 particles (only 18 Kg of fluid), these pumps can lift up to 1200 kg (limited by the strength of the engines that power the cylinders). But i do not really recommend increasing the frequency past 500 Hz due to extreme lag.

It comes with a frequency changer so that you only have to press "W" to increase and "S" to decrease the frequency. It also comes with preset weights, so that you dont have to set the weight manually. The cylinders are controlled with "numpad 1" to increase the pressure and "numpad 0" to decrease pressure.

Any suggestions to improve the model are welcome.

Lol idk how but i had ALOT of fun with this, Great Job :tup: 10/10
Suggestions:
- Add one or two more pressure valves so you can have a heavy block that is pushed up by 4 wholes instead of 1
- Put more Hydrolic Fluid into the chambers, Improve the pressurizer to make the blocks move faster.

Im working on 2 versions of this same scene right now.

One scene will be the V2 of this same scene which will include a valve so that you can close or open the chamber, it will feature 2 cylinders and 2 pipes instead of just one, so you can play around with lifting two different weights at the same time, 2 more valves that will be placed at the pipes, so you can open and close the pipes pretty much like with the chamber, 100 more particles for balancing purposes (adding one more pipe, means a larger distance for the fluid to travel, thus reducing lifting power), hydrodynamics improvements in the pipes and chambers (reducing friction, smoothening angles) so that the fluid will travel as fast and efficiently as possible, thus lifting more weight. Im also making some improvements to the pistons, so that it builds up pressure 3 times as fast, and im reducing the drift caused by the high pressure on the pistons, increasing the new lifting power to more than 2600 Kg at 1000Hz (hopefully).

The second scene im working on is pretty much the same as the above but it will be meant for high end PC´s only. It will have 2 times more pistons, 2 times more fluid, it will have 4 cylinders, each one capable of lifting a different weight, and a total lifting power (I HOPE) of more than 5000 kG!!!

Im also thinking of releasing another scene (pretty much the same as the above ones), but it will have flexible pipes, so you can unplug them and plug them somewhere else. But that will only happen if the ever make the new solver much more stale that what it currently is.
