Will this be a spawn or bounce engine? Looks great so far.

Wow it just so happened that I clicked on ur profile to look at one of ur engines just as you uploaded this!

This looks like a pretty nice engine, you will make full valve timing and mechanics?

@Bill it will be collision type and possibly also spawn hybrid

@Dare of course it will have full mechanical fairly accurate valve timing

I dont think they are supposed to but I think I have seen them from time to time.

For me everything is completely out of timing .. I certainly won't rate until I see the final version though. Maybe it's just a bug that I'm getting?

Hi Dare, I have checked this on 3 different computers and the timing is right or
at least real close? This is a true 4 stroke engine and each cylinder only "fires"
once every other revolution. cylinders are numbered counter clockwise from the
top center and the firing order is 1,3,5,7,9,2,4,6,8
The cam ring turns at 1/8 crank speed. This is accurate and realistic to the real engine.

Oh I see, that's quite interesting now .. my apologies, I cannot yet do engineering at my school and I have little knowledge of engines.

Seeing as this is a WIP, on final release can you tell us what the colours of the piston housing mean for that part of the stroke? I think you can educate people with your engines as well as impress. Great work!
