This is an improved version of my Fire Copter game. I came up with a better mechanism to simulate flight, the last one worked good but this is better and simpler.
You still can turn 180 degrees and fly in both directions using the (.)key. Try to keep the copter fairly flat when turning the other way, or it may jam up in the cage. If the copter starts to fly strange after a turn around with the (.) key you may need to restart the sim.

Find the airplane crash and use the winch to rescue the crash victim from the top of the mountain and fly him to the hospital. Lower the hook and hook the small red circle on the top of the basket. You dont have to worry about bouncing him out, just start winching as soon as hes hooked and pull him up tight to the copter.
Now go to the hospital and land on the roof, land him on the gurney the Doctor has wheeled out. Drop him on the gurney with the H key(for hospital).
Now hold the H key and the Doctor will take him inside.

Controls

Up and down=up and down keys

Forward and back=right left keys

Turn 180 degrees=(.) key

Winch up/down= U and D keys (they will reverse when you have turned the other way with the (.) key

Hit the H key to drop basket Hold the H key to make the doctor take the victim inside
