This is some functions to allow conversions between Decimal (integers), Hexadecimal, And binary.

Scene.my.Dec2Bin(dec)

Scene.my.Bin2Hex(bin)
Scene.my.Hex2Bin(hex)

.Bin2Dec(hex)

Decimal format: ["DEC",number] ex: ["DEC",21] (This is used mainly so the fucntions dont try converting the wrong type)
Hex format: ["HEX",count,[data]] ex: ["HEX", 2, ["A",1]]
Binary format: ["BIN",bits,[Data]] ex: ["BIN",4,[1,0,1,0]]
