after some tuning i reached these things:
44km/h in first gear
141km/h in second gear
201km/h in third gear
225km/h in fourth gear
(note that these speeds where top speeds just before the engine blew up)

0-100km/h in 5.66s (simstart > starting > continue throttle > script pause sim if 100km/h)
start in first gear
shift to second when you're at 30km/h

tune-ups:
strengthened the gearbox (set friction to +inf)
supercharged the throttle (incase of -2 damping, used -5 damping when pressing left)
lengthened the cylinder, so the piston doesn't go out as fast
automatic gearbox based on speed
removed friction in cylinder and piston
set friction to 10 on front wheel (because it was making a burnout)

cool that you tuned it if you really want to have power you could change the engine i have built some other engines in the past with 4 cylinders or more.they are much stronger...

For big power you have to build collision engine) It's the most powerful engine!

yes but i think they are not very constant at running. with 4-8 springs combined and correct sizes , spring engines are very constant at running and create power even at low rotation speed. i've tried a lot of different possibilities. this one engine in the scene i built in a few minutes ,just because i needed one.
