The more CPU-intensive version of my other wind tunnel, this version includes tracers

Again, this will cause even more lag, 1% realtime, ~0.9 fps, as it creates over 3100 circles, and over 3100 tracers to go with them.

Again, credits go to FruitMonger for inspiring me to make a 'wind tunnel'.

Please rate and comment and DON'T complain about lag, because it lags on my PC too. Enjoy.
