It's the ragdoll, it looks extremely similar, crytek was mistaken.

I wasn't saying the ragdoll was mine. I was saying that he stole my idea of the human trap things from saw! Didn't you notice the name of the scene?! He obviosly got the idea of that from "the reverse bear trap"... WHICH IS A SAW TRAP!!!
