TO OPERATE THE WRITER.

The writer can only do either the even or odd bits at a time. I am truly sorry for this. The mechanism is too big, and I`m not willing to take enough time to shrink it.

1)Set the bits by moving the red blocks to the right, they`ll `snap` into place.

2)Push down on the yellow handle, its pretty hard to over pressure it.

Optional) Reset all the bits by moving the dark blue button to the left.

3)Grab the blue circle to move the punch card so that you can write to the odd bits, it will `snap` into place.

4)Repeat steps 1 and 2 to set to odd bits as you wish.

If you have succeeded in setting the card, you can now grab the blue circle on the punch card and drag it horizontal out of the machine.

Now flip the card around and put it in the lock/reader.

LOCK OPERATION:

1) Slide the card in flat, then make sure the blue circle snaps into place.

2)Move the red slider to the right.

3)Watch the, generic, commonly used, unsurprising surprise.
