why does he have steel underwear? and his hand goes behind the underwear and it looks um, weird fix it

here's a list of things that are weird, and stuff that should be fixed:
1. he has steel underwear (as phunpolis mentioned)
2. there's a heart behind the pillow
3. his brains fell out
4. his right hip was dislocated...

1. the steel underwear is a lead apron, to protect his private parts from the x-ray beam.
2. yes, the hidden heart (the doctor was looking for it).
3. don't know, i don't create that human model... but i will check this.
4. hmmm... i will fix this.

that his hand goes under the lead apron depends on the collision settings, but i will correct this blemish.

EDIT:
If you start the scene, the brain stays on his position and his right hip isn't dislocated...
Maybe he has a hard torture, before you x-rayed him?
