This is just something I came up with in my current project and maybe could ease up your explosion scenes.

How The Bomb Works:When the circle collide with the ground it triggers a scripted mechanism that creates a strong anti-attraction field for a short time(~0.01 second).
This will cause a shock wave effect but it's just a concept until a more developed air simulation.

Just let the bomb fall and hit the ground and you'll see it's effects.

Ofcourse you can change the lifetime of the "magnetic field" and the force.

Feedback is as always Highly appriciated. Please note me of errors and/or improvements that I could do.

That's because it's a concept You should read the describtion. Plus it's not supposed to be realistic 'cus attraction is just a bending of the law of gravity.

I have used nearly identical idea in 20+ scenes arleady, but nice to see that other people try to invent things.
It's generally good way to make bomb, unless it explodes very close to something, creating enormously high repulsion. Moreover, heavy and light objects are blown away at the same speed.

well You've done great improvements. Thank you for the nice rating and be sure to subscribe and you'll be noticed when my best yet scene is going to be released. Hope you'll like it, I've put some effort on it. Keep up making your scenes and experiment, ask questions, and most important of all see how other people have done it.;)

Can you share how you made that shock wave bomb it seams only once when it hit's the ground a big invisible wave almost shoot's out a distance and knock's everything away the closer it is the farther it goes the farther it is the less distanced it goes. explain?:s I dont understand how you explained it

You know about the attaction thingy. well If you put a 10 atttraction in the materials menu it'll make things to move to it. if you put -10 they will move away from it.

Basically what I've done is creating a big -1000000 attraction for a very short time. Feel free to use it in your scenes, Algobox is about sharing.

dude, i love all your scenes! Also, if you added some circles with tracers to this, it would be like a real bomb! Because real bombs have shrapnel and shock waves!
