Design: That row of ONEs is a transmitting thingy. The NOT on the top of it works like primary timer. That MEM under the ONE row works like slower or something like it. It slows down the signal to better see the effect. On the not is a secondary timer that makes the rocket effect - It changes the input signal for the ONEs row, so then it looks like one point on the display goes right and some others go left. This makes the "rocket" effect
