Use arrows to steer.
Engine spawns two massive circles far away in front and back. One of them attracts and second one repels the ship. They create nearly uniform attraction force field, propelling the whole ship evenly.

That makes it possible to accelerate at 300G and reach over 50000m/s while keeping breakable ragdolls inside ship in one piece.

The downside is that all parts of the ship need to have collision g and any g-collision thing in the scene will get propelled when close to ship or torn to pieces.

hm, for me it goes to 9 000 000 m/s instantly, and the ragdoll is thrown out.
also when i pause it, my algodoo goes crazy.
I've got algodoo 1.7.1
It was made in 1.6.0, but I don't have any idea what in 1.7.1 might make it working different way :s
I'm thinking about downgrading to 1.6 again, just alot of scenes don't work with 1.7, which is very anoying.

I seem to have the same problem as Scorpion, but in 1.9.8.

I fixed it by decreasing the magnitude of the attraction of the spawned circles by three.

Go into the script menu of the square at the center of the ship. In the onHitByLaser box, you will find "attraction :=" listed twice, once toward the top, once toward the bottom.

At the upper location, it will read "attraction := 10000;".
At the lower location, it will read "attraction := (-10000);".

Change these values to 100 and -100 respectively, but leave the semicolons. The parenthesis aren't necessary.

It will work as planned now. I think. It will accelerate really fast without breaking the ragdolls.
