Add a killer rectangle only in the water collision menu. Then use a water spawner to provide the water. I've got one in several of my scenes, just set the motor on the water spawning device to constant and the water should spawn continuously.

The rotary vane hangs up on the wheel on the right for me and the engine is stalled. If I remove the wheel, then it works OK. I'm using Algodoo 1.7.1.
