This is a laser electricity meter, more specifically, a top-up electricity meter, where you have a card that you take to the store to buy electricity, you then take the card and put it in your meter, the card is emptied and the meter enables your electricity. To use:
In the centre-left, the key is plugged into the meter but has no money on it, plug the key in the box that says 'KEY RECHARGER £10' and then plug the key in the meter. Notice how the box that says credit now has money in it and is going down, when it reaches 0 the electricity should stop flowing, simply buy another topup and repeat, uses Kutis96s relay to make it possible.
