This is an EXTREMELY accurate speedometer
I went through and adjusted all the numbers/readings according to phuns information window. You should read the speed around the end of where its fading (or use the information window of the vehicles center for reference of where to read)
the speed is in m/s and should be accurate
I'm not completely sure but I think you might be able to attach it to something else and still have an accurate reading
all I know is it reads the car in the scenes speed extremely accurately
for a test open the information window (need advanced mode on) and compare the information windows X-Velocity to the speedometers reading
If you floor the car (which is controlled with arrow keys) you'll see in the information window the cars max speed is 14.062 m/s and it looks the same on the speedometer
past 14 m/s im not sure how accurate it is but I adjusted it to the numbers before it, so hopefully its pretty accurate
