Thanks to KarateBrot.
you just need to type in the green box the target coordinates, and use right to start engines, Missile will do the rest.

also, my attempt at making a phunlet-safe variable power motor. looks like it's very effective

still has inertia issues(i can add a wing later on)

I added a simple chaped charge warhead(no tracers because of lag issues)

For me, missile follows the mouse. I couldn't find where to add any target coordinates. Is it normal behavior?
you have to delete the purple laser and then enter the target coordinates in the green box in the text color variable

no, you don't need to delete the purple laser - it's a writer, intended to write the target coordinates(and any extra info i want to add) into the storage box(green one).

it's currently set to set textcolor to [x position, y position, dummy, dummy].
Now works. Awesome piece of script.
Maybe more physical turning mechanism like thrust vectoring would solve the problems with missile starting spinning rapidly at more sharp angle changes.

i'm working on AA sidewinder-like missile too, i have engine and some needed equations on paper yet ;)
i tried thrust vectoring before - result = failure. might try that again later though...
awesome! the thruster is pretty neat! :cool:

i also wanted to make a rocket with thrust vectoring. i have the concept in mind and tested a few things with success but until now i didn't make much with it because of problems with the thruster.
technically, i had that thruster a long time ago...
