You no longer have to disengage the previous gear before selecting a new one - it's done for you.

It's Sorta Broken, although it worked before I uploaded it. In each of the motors beneath the block the lasers shine on, in the "motor" field in the script menu (advanced mode must be on!) type the following values:
1st motor = {scene.my.g1}
2nd motor = {scene.my.g2}
3rd motor = {scene.my.g3}
4th motor = {scene.my.g4}
5th motor = {scene.my.g5}
6th motor = {scene.my.gr}

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, R, and N (Non-Numpad) - Select Gear
Down - Brake Output
