I made something similar to this but mine doesn't compress all the way down to one circle.

I began with a circle, a hinge on the top edge and on the side. Then i made a row. Then I cloned the rows on top of each other. After that, I had a sponge! I set it to No-self-collision for the compression.

If someone can assign hinge controls like up/down on the hinges to allow manual compression/decompression,
and upload it to Phunbox, that would be helpful.

The way it turns into a ball to go into narrow areas is

PLEASE HELP! There must be something wrong with my PHUN program or something. When I play this scene it just compresses a little bit and thats it. Its like collision menus are on but ther not. This isn't the only scene that doesn't work the way you guys say so. The other is verticalcopter.

Never mind. Just needed newest version. Awesome scene. I love the simple stuff as much as the complex.

Ooooh that's why mine didn't compress all the way I made mine in an earlier version without the self collision option. I'll turn self collision off and see what happens with mine.
