The time is set to 25% to make the whole thing look cooler and to give you the oportunity to see what exactly happens to poor Bob.
possible legend of injuries:
1 hinge broken = injury
2 hinges broken = broken bone
all 3 hinges broken = complicated fracture
blood = organ damage
Feel free to interpret it your own way.

VERY IMPORTANT:
There have been quite many uploads with Bob recently and I am really glad that you like him. But: Please try to be creative and post interesting, innovative scenes. Many of the existing are just about hurting him. If you tried to implement it into some kind of story or an animation people will give you better feedback, I promise you.
And please, test your scenes. Some of the files here in Algobox simply don't work because of minor flaws, e.g. a wrong colission layer.

Update: I updated the ragdoll and the spearthrow machine.
Update: Now with the final Bob.
Update: OK, one last. I found a little flaw. I changed his restitution. Deep falls are more realistic now.
