Thats why I said it requires Algodoo in the description! Algodoo has just been released, and ALOT of people are going to buy it and upload Algodoo scenes, so get used to it. Sorry that you can't use it. You should get the free demo of Algodoo.

Yes, there is. Its the tool furthest to the right. It looks similar to the cut tool.
