how Off-Centered Ternary works is:
it's the same digits as base 3 (0, 1 and 2),
each power of 3 (3, 9, 27, etc.) is added up by (3^n)-2
and the number below the number above is subtraction of the whole number.
which means 10=4, 100=16, 1000=52, etc.
