Little -- A misleading title is not a rule violation. It certainly is a careless habit if they continue doing that, but a one-off is probably just a mistake.

SandreyGolenko2007 -- Anyone may use anyone else's idea. Ideas are abstract thoughts that cannot be proven who the original author of the idea was. The actual artwork that someone else created is different. Artwork should not be copied and uploaded without permission. But even that is very difficult or often impossible to know who the original author is because scenes and parts of scenes get uploaded, copied by others, and then uploaded and copied numerous times again! People should be civil to each other in any case. If I see anyone bad-mouthing other users for any reason, I will warn them or possibly even ban them if they continue.

I just meant to include that to explain why I downvoted, not as a request to take down the scene for it -- sorry!

Sandrey -- No need to say you're sorry if you don't like a user or their scenes. That is perfectly Okay as long as you don't write any nasty or hateful comments toward that person or their scenes!

My questions to you are, 1. If you don't like this user then why do you bother to look at their scenes and comments? 2. Why don't you simply look at other user's scenes and ignore this one?

There's one user on Algobox I personally dislike (not giving any names though for privacy sake) and I just simply don't interact with their scenes/comments. (it's neither of you, don't worry)
It's okay not to like people -- but it's even more okay to simply go no contact with them rather than yelling at them!
