I don't know what to do with random bug that keeps make car explode, very sorry for that. Algodoo may not notice the bug. Xray if you reading this please fix this bug it's been along time, this bug isn't patched yet for maNY YEARS and i founded them by making destroyable car like this one! I'm playing Algodoo since 2020 and i decided to login in 2025 just to show this bug. If car exploded please restart the whole scene, and i very wanted to play Beamng but unable to play due to i'm Imac user. If any experts here please tell me how to make Crashable car. just PLEASE *bad English may be here actually*

Try changing the collision layers on some parts, that should make the car stop exploding

select the entire car, go to Script menu, find the legacyMode thing, and set it's value to 0. the car will not explode anymore, but it will sorta 'deflate'.

also, legacyMode only appears if you select something that has axles or springs attached to it. if you select only springs or axles, it won't appear.
