Algodoo

I made this for my Atomic Sandbox project. Basically atoms that can bond to each other because they have valence electrons. I also have variants based on oxidation numbers.

Data for the elctronegativities is from Wikipedia, data of the oxidation states is from Ptable.

I would also like to give credit to @crewpostor because his simulations of atoms and chemical bonding directly inspired me to make this simulation.
