The Francis Hydroelectricity Company. This 26-story, 156 meter tall building has been the main headquarters for this company and is seen out in the open on numerous highways. The Francis District Tower was named after Roften Francis, the founder of the company. Sadly however, other companies with cheaper solutions put the Francis company out of buisness, thus rendering the Francis District Tower defunct.

What was once a symbol of glory, is now one of the biggest eyesores of the Algodoo skyline.
