I tried and when the circle was spinning like crazy, i created a floor, and remove the hinge, so the circle was spinning through the floor and get ejected at lightning speed;) funny

I made a plane where the wheel would collide after waiting the 5 secs and after deleting the spring. the wheel instantly reverts to its original position,spinning like crazy.
thing is, its not infinite
the joules of the wheel are constantly going down after the spring is deleted
