Anciens Etablissements Pieper 1910

This is an orthodox pistol with no special features.
I believe this gun is an advanced version of Mauser C96 and was the basis for Lahti L-35.

25.3.17 Fixed a problem with the safety lever.

Great work as usual!

Only one flaw: After firing all seven rounds, the slide assembly stays open as it should, but if the safety is engaged while in that condition, something becomes damaged (maybe a spring or a lever?). Try it as I described above and you will understand what I'm saying.

Thx!

>>maybe a spring or a lever

It is a pin that holds the safety. It can be checked with collision F.

This gun's safety is made to lock the disconnector as well as the hammer. When the slide and bolt are open, the disconnector remains lowered, so the safety cannot be locked.

However, since a large force is required to lock the hammer, the torque of the motor that drives the safety is considerably higher. Therefore, if you try to lock the safety while the slide is open, it will catch on the disconnector, causing the safety to move down and the pin to come off.
Well, it's totally up to you if you want to try to fix it. I'm sure that the real life gun doesn't do that! ;)
It is a problem to operate it in a strange way, but it is more of a problem to break it if it is operated incorrectly.

I made a few corrections to the scene.

Absolutely! No one wants his gun to break because he may have used it incorrectly. His life may depend on his weapon not breaking!

The gun works without breaking now.
