Simulator of coacervates or protocell or microspheres or lipid vesicles from the origin of life.
My goal is to create a simulation of phospholipids that automatically assemble into a bubble, creating a primitive cell membrane, and that automatically absorb a string of "Algodoo", simulating primitive DNA. If anyone understands programming, I need to replace the forces of gravity with forces of attraction between molecules and use as little gravity as possible, but for this each particle needs to change its programming when it binds to another, so that each particle binds only to 2 other particles next to it, one to the right and one to the left, otherwise they become a clump of particles.
My other goal is to make two vesicles join together and create another larger vesicle automatically.
The big problem is that I can't stop the vesicles from creating layers instead of a single membrane.
I recommend Jack Szostak's work on the origin of life.
Feel free to improve my work and publish it, just give me credit and let me know in the comments, thanks.
