Hello!
In my neverending fascination with cars, I decided to try using my scripted transmission in manual mode, and while I was at it, I built an entire dashboard for the first time!
The engine is also destructible -- keep it below 5500 RPM!
I also added lights on the dashboard to indicate the current gear, a check engine light, and an over-RPM light (when the engine is revving dangerously high)
If you want an automatic transmission, select the entire ATV, go into the Script Menu, and where it says _mode = 2, set it to 1.
The engine in this ATV is an Inline 3, which I'm pretty sure is kind of large for an ATV, but oh well!
I really like this thing, and it's definitely my favorite offroader now.
Feel free to delete the dashboard if you like -- it's not required or anything, so if it gets annoying it's alright to remove it.
To control the ATV, press the following keys:
A - Reverse Gear
S - Brake
D - Gas
Keys 1-6 - Switch Gears! Getting to redline in 3rd then downshifting to 1st never gets old!
Pressing A+S or A+D at the same time can stall the engine and cause a check engine light until the engine starts up again. Fun!
