"VDST" = "Variable Spring Distance Technology". Basically, on a standard spring engine the spring with negative damping is fixed to the piston and a non-movable point. However, with the "VSDT" mechanism (i know, what a great name) the negative damping spring isn't just connected to a fixed, nonmovable point, but to a turning part that is connected directly to the flywheel. With this design, the spring is further compressed when the piston reaches its top-dead center position, which (probably) makes the engine rev higher and produce more power. Or maybe it's just something else about this mechanism that makes the engine perform better. of which I am not aware about. Either way, it makes the engine go faster. Also, this mechanism most likely can be polished further but I'm too lazy to test this. Also also, someone else has probably already discovered this way before me and I'm just regurgitating what they're saying, but that's besides the point. Have fun!
