THIS IS A PHUNLET
this version is totally inside the wheel...
the only thing that is outside the wheel is the attachement to the box where the wheel is attached to,
but that can be much closer the the hinge

this version also has script controleld throttle incase of mech controlled throttle
if this thing doesnt have the variables it needs, it make them...

this version has anti-crash...
that means no more switching on and of to repair the engine anymore...
if this version runs too fast, it repairs itself in 3/4 round

controls:
right to toggle engine on/off
