I have no idea how this thing actually managed to work but im going to chalk it up to the simulation engine having a stroke and not actual physics.
Runs at 1800 hertz, if thats a problem please dont run the scene lol

It runs faster when I give those yellow circles a negative attraction (-1000.0). But if I increase it much higher, then the device fails when the white balls start to scatter from too much force.

yeah its because of the density of the yellow circles is 1000 and the density of the white ones is 0.1, which acts as a flywheel while still keeping the force of the attraction. I have not yet experimented with cranking the frequency up to the high heavens since i have a pretty bad CPU, so that might be a quick fix.
