expanding on a thought by ivylin1288 about these rings
when a ring has gravity it exerts a completely normal gravitational force BUT
1. the center is a site of infinite repulsion
2. Things can orbit inside the rings
3. It's mysterious

i gave it the silly name "karkarian phenomenon" but i have no clue whjat this is either
