Part of me wonders if I somehow got malware on my computer. That wouldn't make sense though because I never download anything..?

Little -- I read your report about this problem of mixed up scenes, but I see that somehow it got resolved. I know that there are problems with some versions of Algodoo such as the versions for Mac and iPad. They sometimes do weird things like what you described. My contact at Algoryx told me that they are planning on fixing those bugs but they are considered low priority. So, unfortunately, it will be a while before that happens.

That sucks.
