Interesting scene!

Do you know of any on-line reference papers or websites that describe the effect in detail?

not sure what you mean, xray. this scene wasn't particularly inspired. i just had the idea to make it possible for a single particle to carry kinetic energy *and* thermal energy that were different from one another. though, they all do share the same resonant frequency, which makes it easy for them to exchange energy.
Oh! LOL! I thought you made a scene that simulates some sort of special energy transfer that is not commonly known about and utilized. I was hoping I would learn something new today.

Any way, it's a cool scene!
parametric oscillation might be somewhat related.
Or how about "Spooky action at a distance"?
based on my understanding of what spooky action at a distance is, i wouldn't say so lol.
My chicken nugget got disassembled:(
It's always such a shame when i microwave my leftover chicken nuggets for too long and they evaporate.
That also happened one time to my nuggets. I wouldn't eat them but both of my dogs loved them!
