You didn't think I quit THAT early, did you? 4-map packs are so last year! As I work on more complicated things like revamping the respawn mechanic, here's a little map to say "I'm back!"

This map is designed around having the two teams rush into each other into the "Gladiator's Arena" if you will! You'll also notice a new pad in the center, the Healing Pad! The second instant-use pad so far, this one, as you'd expect, heals troops that step on it 2 HP before going on a five second cooldown. Consider it the incentive to holding the center! Choosing which troops I wanted to use was a bit of a struggle, mostly because of Blacksmith. It came down to either Bomber or Trapper, and I decided on Trapper to fit the map's close-quarters design better.

My first post of 2023, with plenty more to come! In terms of what I have planned, I have Color Mania 10, more Marble War maps, a new game, and a little secret in the works!

Troops:
- Spearman: The classic melee troop with 5 health and a pointy, 2 damage spear returns, simple as ever! Just point your sharp stick at the enemy, and watch as they get melted with high damage!

- Cannoneer: The ol' fashioned ranged menace. It's more fragile than the Spearman, but it brought it's trusty cannon to the battlefield, allowing it to hit enemies from afar!

- Landmine: Watch out! This marble seems like an ordinary marble at first, but it's actually a highly-compact explosive that deals massive damage if you let it get close enough! It's best to keep your distance to disarm it when your teammates are safely far away!

- Engineer: Slinging his trusty wrench alongside him and knowledge in mechanical construction and repair, the Engineer brings with him the blueprints for a dispensable building! The building will pulse every 6 (previously 8) seconds, which can heal his team and damage enemies inside the radius! Plus, it makes a good shield, if things go awry!

- Healer: "Oh no, my team is terrible at living!" you say! Fret no more! We have a dedicated doctor on the field! Sometimes buildings just won't cut it, so we enlisted our neighborhood Healers to do it instead! They're so good at healing, that they can even heal troops up to 50% more than they're built to handle! They're just that good! Even contact with their staff head will result in getting healed! Too bad they can't kill anyone though. Oh well, you take the pros and cons

- Trapper: Is your battlefield infested with disgusting enemy team members? Try hiring a Trapper! They'll catch out those rodents in no time with highly durable traps! Due to a technological breakthrough in Trap Design Inc., the traps are now able to act as projectile sponges, absorbing plenty of ranged fire before breaking! Be warned, you rats! Armor won't save you from the Trapper!

- Blacksmith: When you need someone to motivate you, leave it to the blacksmith to sharpen your spears and tune your barrels for maximum damage! With him and his damage buffs by your side, your team will be better than ever at punching a hole in the enemy team, leaving them running for the hills! Just like the hills, however, their escape doesn't exist...
