18Nm is a form of torque, or more fundamentally a force, which is distinct from power in a subtle way:
force adds momentum into an object, while power imparts energy. if a force is applied to an object that doesnt result in movement, no energy exchange is made. if a force is applied over a distance, that's an actual exchange of energy. You can find the power output of an engine by multiplying its output angvel by the force it's outputting at that exact speed. Hope this helps fam!
