Gauss rifle 2

As you can see there is lots of changes:
-Now you can load ammo to the rifle
-Bullets are heavier
-...and exterior is better looking! (I especially like this part of work.)

Sometimes bullets don't come out as they should be... but don't rate this badly because that. Atleast most of the time this works very well. You can always comment if there is any problems.:)

Doesnt fire very well,

Yes I know it is fired by a magnetic force, but lets play its "not".

Thats hard to fix... maybe I should make them more balanced...?

good look but the bullets dont to damage. they dont go far either. Make them super fast so it shoots in a straight line.)|(

To garret:
I fixed that thing, but i dont think it would do any good for the interior of the rifle... hopefully its still good.

I shot the bullets at the starting tower phunlet, scaled up a bit though, didnt change any values with it. As for more power, better range, and the bullets not toppling in flight, spring bullets should fix those problems. They require alot of tweaking to get it right though. If that doesnt fix the bullets not flying stright, try putting negitive airfriction near the front of the bullet and a high air friction near the back, that chould sttraighten things out. If you need a tutorial on how to make spring bullets, i'll have one in a sec.

To fix the reloading problem, sequencing. You have everything set up very well and it take that long to get it figured out, i'll see if i can find a sequencing tutorial too.

cool, the sequencing is hard at first, but once you get the hang of it it is accually fairly easy.
Isnt this a restitution pin mechanisn not a magnet because i think gauss rifles use magnets
what is thyme and scripting? everytime yall talk about it i get confused. I think somewhere between kindergarden and 9th grade they should have taught that! haha. jk, but seriously please explain it to me!:yum:
Thyme is the scripting language used by phun. You can do al sorts of stuff with it. Scripting is... well, that should be obvious.

after he first bullet it breaks on me it james when i attempt to get the new bullet in and ya know its just SUCKS after the first shot:tdown: :tup:

this sucks,only thing good about it is the looks, like ZCW11728 said,honestly nothing is that good to use in our own scenes or anything its just :blink:
Looks: 9/10 The bullets are amazing!

Interactivity: 7/10 It needs something to shoot at, needs to be aim-able, but other then that I like doing most of it with the mouse and a little keyboard.

Complexity: 9/10 The things that are complex are hidden, after one shot you get the hang of it.

Break-ability: 10/10 rarely breaks if you're doing it right.

Overall: 9/10 The best gun I've seen, but other then that there's not much to do with it. Reloading it is fun, moderately easy, and doesn't take too long. The only problems I've had are the bullets going off or sliding out when you're putting the barrel back up. Keep working on it!

I like the overall design, and the bullets, when they're fired. That's a nice effect. I just wish i could reload it without having to remember the big list, or have o keep undoing until i finally get it right...
does hopo-mopo even get on now?
