While the concept and initial looks are good, alongside with different font usage for the logo, I'd recommend unchecking the "Draw Borders" and "Draw circle cake" boxes on every object. Use the "Glue Together" option to prevent the phone from exploding. All the text should be at least 128 in resolution and for the number keypad, try using a different font. You could add a smaller box for the latin and special characters. Finally, I wont recommend using the "basic colors" on the top left corner: use the HSVA options instead, giving you more color opportunities and better color schemes (although this color scheme is already decent).
