Been a long time eh?, I've been working on this project for a few hours.
(The system isnt that complicated)
How it works is that the crash detector moves back on impact with the wall,
this also moves a mechanism attatches to the seatbelt roller, once it moves back
it also causes the seatbelt roller to rotate back, reducing the slack on the seatbelt and thus
preventing the dummy from hitting the steering wheel.
You can modify the seatbelt to have alot more slack to see the difference, you only need to
delete the seatbelt and move 1 part of the pretensioner system.
